Louise Giolitto is the Chief Executive Officer of the Western Australian Council of Social Service (WACOSS). With over 25 years of executive leadership in the community services sector, Louise brings deep expertise across youth services, employment, homelessness, housing, education and training, mentoring, drug education, emergency relief, and seniors’ support.
